Things are moving along with the lake cleanup as you can see along Highway 1. We also received word from the Trust about work on the next stage:
In September and October 2012, the Presidio Trust will begin tree removals and other site preparation work in advance of the next phase of the Mountain Lake Remediation Project. The attached notice provides details on this work and a map showing project work areas and sections of trails that may be intermittently closed to complete this work.
